I don't have my cam here so I can't take an updated pic of my tooling but here is one before I machined the spindle:

I think I need to give up on this rocket. I dont think I can press the propellant in hard enough with my vice.

Really though I think 1 inch is too much to solidly press together in a rocket using your hands. The commercial rockets I had were unreal compared to my own. Especially the big black cat kestral that carried up a nice spider shell and had a flash burst

And would you believe those are hand rolled rocket tubes! I love manila folders
So Daniel u use manila folder?
How, do you roll them? Do you use the same technique as normal tube rolling accept replace the Kraft paper with a manila folder?

I've seen that video before, the fins were made from G10. The fins hardly flutter, it's something to do with the video that makes it look that way.
