Had you seen this last night you would be more than worried.  The sparks shot both over his hedge, on top of his roof and into each garden to both his sides.  What really worried me was the sound of himself and his kids in stitches.

I sincerely hope he wasnt sticking them in the ground and firing them that way!

I've only ever had one rocket go off without lifting , and I've fired probably in the region of 1000 in my life. As such for this to be going on several times does tend to indicate he is doing something wrong/on purpose. Possibly he has tempered with it.

OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is. ;)

Someone let a rocket off round here at 6:00am this morning, it woke me up straight away, was a pretty venomous bang aswell lol.

Very good display all round my house at midnight! Nothing to do with me! though several people had some really good stuff, I don't know who's garden some of them came from.

Firework Factory had a very busy new year selling period- it's good to see fireworks are still popular! They are expanding their product range with stuff from the Epic stable, too.
