I fired a smallish display in tandem with the local Cat 4, which was about half a mile away.

Just bits really- War Hawks, Sky Snipers are both dead impressive (work out around £4 a rocket, which is exceptional value for their performance.) Also some 1.4G rockets, some roman candles, some little 19 shotters and a six machine to round off.

Everything was good, no accidents or issues so alls well that ends well. Nowhere near the big shows of years gone by for me- was it really 5 years ago that we had that forum meet up in Tipton? Seems ages ago, to be fair.
OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is. ;)

Just back garden stuff for me and the family. Mostly Waeco stuff, but also some older rockets that I have held onto for a few years. Was perfect weather - dry and clear with a slight breeze.

Quite alot of other garden fireworks going off all around which was nice to see / hear.

Back garden stuff for me too, we entertained the whole family, 40 odd rockets (some my own) and loads of JTF Guy Fawkes fireworks, all fired with the old faithfull Launch Kontrol kit. Jacket potatoes, mushy peas, chilli , beans, hot dogs, burgers and all the trimmings with as much drink (homebrew) as they wanted. A fantastic night had by all, so they said.
Our saviours : In the ninth century, a team of Chinese alchemists trying to synthesize an "elixir of immortality" from saltpeter, sulfur, realgar, and dried honey instead invented gunpowder.

Our council show was washed out last night so I feel some pyro may be needed tonight.

Just sent up the stuff we won in the agm raffle.
I wasn't expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised.
Thanks to the donor.

Had a great display - the best yet.
The missus's dwaft pig - Fat Pete - had a big huff for a few days, but he's fine now.

Here's a pick of my firing module, before the show. The last 2 of the 18 cues were filled after the shot was taken.
