Nose cones can be hard to come by unless you make your own or buy commercial sizes. I've seen conical firework rocket headers offered but nothing in 50mm. It's always nice to have a stock of sandardised parts for a project. Everything gets recovered, it just saves time and effort sourcing parts and allows more flight time.

i use beer can wigets  thay hold 16g of flash or dragon eggs   (PS. i earth the wiget when filling with flash)    from rocket boy roger

Will make my own from cardboard ring and thinish card. Works well.

Difficult these days , going back a couple of years I found one but it disappeared.

 

UK rocketry has been quiet for some time.

 

the survivors seem only to take orders and you have to wait up to 60 days to arrive.
