Rocket Nozzel Size

I can't seem to find the equation for figuring the nozzel size for a rocket. I know you take the ID of the rocket multiplied by a fraction, but I don't remember what the fraction is.

I just don't remember where I found it, if it was here, or at Passfire. Any input would be fine.

This is for a regular BP rocket.

1/2 - 1/3 for core-burners, typically <= 1/4 for end-burners, drivers, gerbs, etc.

Typical BP core-burner geometry is 10 ID long, 1/3 ID nozzle, 7 ID core. Typical propellant 6:3:1 greenmix.
