Hello there,

After a long absence from rocketry, and after going through several large changes in my life, I have recently started firing 'C' class rockets again.

Now as you probably know, I am a tinkerer, who likes to DIY it, so I am thinking of building a hybrid engine (N2O and acrylic fuelled) to replace 'C' class engines, with the intention of eventually building larger engines.

I have read up on the web, and have produced a series of sketches, which are shown below. In addition, I have produced others, but these are either obsolete or irrevelant at the present time

My question is this... Ignoring factors such as regression rate, and gas flow, is there any hance of this engine working statically?

(sorry for the large filesizes, but these are A4 sketches, scaled to 50%)

You might be interested in checking out http://www.eclipserocketry.com/. They sell a micro-hybrid fairly similar to your sketches.
