I tried to make PbO2 anode by Electrolysis method but I faild, I made PbO2 as chemical (By PbO+NaOCl) and mold my new powder with Polyster Resin (90%PbO2 + 10%Resin) at first it was very good in NaCl solution but when I tried to make perchlorate (350mA/cm^2) it is faild. I need more technical data about this subject.

There has been intense discussion about this topic. There are several threads, one about Perc synthsis, another about anode production to start.

I know it's difficult to get around a forum, but searching is always a good start.
