Anyone remember these? I do, groups of fountains sometimes combined with wheels on pieces of wood to create beautiful stunning and quiet displays of colour and glitter with lovely coloured flames i.e. Standard Fiesta setpiece/Standard Feu-De-Joie and Standard Merry Go Round wheel/fountain setpiece and Standard Waterfall and many more. My local ironmonger in Blackburn had them ALL on sale and they were worth the money if expensive. :closedeyes:

Hi Creepin_Pyro

I managed to pick up one of the complete boxes of the large Standard fireworks last year, including those shown and many more. It was exactly as would have been supplied to shops in the 70's/80's, complete with vast quantities of wood shavings. They were too large for my collection so I passed them on to another collector after photographing them. They were worth quite a lot and cost me a lot, but as you probably can see from eBay, collectors pay a fortune. (I would have let you have them if I'd known you collect :lol:

) They are not actually as collectable as some of the smaller items, as they would be quite a pain for some people to store/display, due to their size. I think it is just nice that they are no longer deteriorating in someone's loft and that someone is enjoying them in their collection. Do you collect old Pyro?
