I found this in the Cosmic Venus selection box (?14). To me, this is a huge candle for the price of the box!! Has anyone seen these before? What are they like?

I've had a number of Cosmic products in the past but no the Constellation, all I can say is that it's likely to be good. I have been very surprised with the value for money on Cosmic products. Thet always seem to be good.

It probably contains a bundle of cheap magic shots candles in a tube to make it look a bit more impressive. I've no doubt that it will be okay though.

Your not wrong there mate! Value for money is excellent, 22 fireworks for ?14! Albeit they are garden fireworks, but I love their fountains to open up larger displays.

This picture is minus a firework.

Looks good, nice selection of fountains, mines (I think I can see one there anyway), rockets and even a wheel! Now there's two things you rarely get in a < ?20 box, Rockets and Wheels. I garauntee it will be good, ever since I first used a Cosmic firework I was hooked on them, I try and get them as often as possible now.

I carn't remember the name, but I saw a box with wheels & rockets in once for less than ?20. It was a brightstar box with those Sonic FX rockets.

No that isnt a mine, their all fountains / roman candles / wheels / rockets.

Mortar-Tube :

I was just wondering if anyone has ever fired one before because I was amazed at the bore, compared to the price of the box.

It starts off in colour sparks, then transforms to brilliant noisy vigourous crackling stars to the end. That is what cosmic constellation fountain does. Also it is a fountain not a roman candle;sorry to correct you Karl mate.

Cosmic selection boxes are quite good for the money;esp Jupiter ?20 and Neptune ?30, Saturn if you want Cat2 5m garden fireworks and don't have much space, this is good value at ?14.99 for a reasonable family size box for a garden. PS features the Cosmic Cyclone Wheel and Cosmic Asteroids Roman Candle Barrage in 5m guise too! :)

i've never liked cosmic boxes, too expensive for what you get i think.

i picked up a ?19 box with 26 pieces, 2 wheels, and 2 mines and rockets in the box, that was good value.

It should tell you what it is on the panel where the instructions are printed. I.e fountain, Multishot Battery etc.

Not really as long as no debris falls outside of the test area (2 metre circle if I recall corectly), then it's fine for cat2

You've obviously never had a TNT 25m Selection box then.
