Thermo-Hygrometer for the workshop

Having given it some thought while spending time working on coloured flash formulae, I invested in a thermo-hygrometer for the workshop.

This was found in Robert Dyas in the UK for only GBP ?6.99, showing temperature, relative humidity and a cheerful cartoon weather forecast :) and no, that's not my workshop in the photo!

The intention is that this will act as an indicator as to whether I should, or should not be working with static sensitive compositions given the humidity on any particular day. It might also give me some clues as to drying times for black match and stars.

It would be interesting to hear from others whether there is any sense in this and whether these things could be used for monitoring drying cabinets and storage conditions.
