Maybe you have seen before? I don’t know, first time I have seen this and so I have put up this thread for anyone else who hasn’t seen.
Although the videos are not the best quality and rather short, I think it is still interesting.
I especially like the 'mad ass' paper strapping machine!!
you will have to have flash player, click on the link, select the correct flag on the left for language, and then click 'production"- then 'task videos'-- turn your sound down cause the cheesy music starts to get rather irritating after a while..

Can someone please tell me what Clip 13 is? it looks like an automatic pasting machine? .. but much more simplier than the Jim widmanns pasting machine?..I think there is a picture of a similar device on Plastico Gammons Colour Brochure?..Any ideas?

i also got stuck on video no. 13, watching it again and again, trying to figure out how this machine works.

A very nice collection of interesting videos. (A picture is always better than a 1000 words)
It's nice to see workers who do it every day doing their quick match fusing in about 5.2 seconds. It normally takes me about 15 mins per fuse!
Oh to have all that amount of stuff to play with!
Mind you, that 8 - 10 inch shell with multi-layers looked frightening to make and even more to launch! (I'm not that advanced on shells yet so I think I'll start with Ping Pong ball size first.
Why have I not got a firework factory like that near me and why am I not working there?
The only thing wrong with the site is that whoever picked the copyright free music, needs a very large mortar tube inserted somewhere! - Best viewed with the sound down.

If im not mistaken, Nos 13 shows a shell being spiked. If i am mistaken, im sure someone will correct me

Yes, it is being spiked with nothing more than masking tape. While in Valencia you could pick up the parts of the hemispheres the day after and they were covered in about 6 layers (the same as pasting 6 layers of kraft + paste I'd guess). Anyway it seems to work because the Spanish ball shells perform beautifully.
