Yeah i know these are late, never thought to post them here until now!

All taken at the British Musical Fireworks Championships at Southport, i think these were taken on the Sunday (24th September)

I was just playing with different exposure lengths with these, it's also the first time i've used a tripod for firework shots and it made a big difference compared to firework photos i've taken in the past. Also made me realise i need a better tripod, the cheap one i've got is crap!

I like the photos 5thElement. I partuclarly like the silhouetted arch and bushes as they add more interest than just a plaiin firework photo. I have done a little firework photography in the past, I would be interested in the camera settiungs you used. What film speed and aperture. I used to use 100 ASA and about f5.6 much of the time.
Organisation is a wonderful trait in others

Thanks for the replies.

Mortar tube - they were all taken with a digital camera (Fuji S5600) i'll check out the exif data and get back to you about the settings. I had the camera set to shutter priority mode and was using various shutter speeds experimenting with it.
