does anyone know the requirements you need to obtain an ATF Licence??? and if you can get it even if your not in a firework display business???

Since this is mostly a UK oriented forum, you might have better luck searching US sites for that. The UK has thier own entire set of rules and laws. This site has the official info for what you are asking about:

The US pyro club, 'The Crackerjacks', has a nice informational power point slideshow with the necessary steps for applying for a license. Your largest obstacle will be finding acceptable storage, either a magazine on your property following the guidelines set forth in the orange book, or contingency storage on someone else's property.
