What requirements about the specification of display shells?

(1) The diameter of the display shell (Fireworks) and the length of the fuse are required to accord with the following requirements (The special specifications are set down after discussing by both sides.)

Shell Size: 3 4 5 6 7 8 10 12 16

The Inner Diameter of Launcher: 76.2 101.6 127 152.4 177.8 203.2 254 304.8 406.4

Diameter of Shell: 71 97 122 147 172 196 246 296 395

The Allowable Error of Shell Diameter: +1 +1 +1 +1 +1 +1 +1 +1 +1
-3 -3 -3 -4 -4 -4 -4 -4 -4

The Length of Fuse: 650 750 1000 1100 1200 1400 1500 1600 1800

The Allowable Error of Fuse: +/-50 +/-50 +/-50 +/-50 +/-50 +/-50 +/-50 +/-50 +/-50


(2)The 3" and 4" display shells are permitted to assort, but not more than 25 shots, the display shells which are over 4". are forbidden to assort.


How do you think of the above description? Any supplements?
