(1) The diameter of the display shell (Fireworks) and the length of the fuse are required to accord with the following requirements (The special specifications are set down after discussing by both sides.)

（2）The 3" and 4" display shells are permitted to assort, but not more than 25 shots, the display shells which are over 4". are forbidden to assort.
