They were about 7-8mm. and some were 10 :duh: I still gotta get the hang of spiking, i get some really good and some with a few gaps being diff from others. I find that the little lift bag thingy is a lot quicker than my other lift cup method. The bag way takes a little more powder because they cant create their own confinement like the cups can. But as far as simplicity goes, the bag will always win.

The spiking will come to you. Smaller squares will help make up for a weak break. You may already be aware of this but the Maltese use polverone to lift shells. They make small spiked shells for a lift bag.

Keep up the good work.

Thats the kind of approac i used to take, I made strong lift cups which the shells would slide tightly into so as to use the cup "exploding" to launch the shell. My pulverone probably isnt the best, infact it isnt :duh: so I used strong lift cups to compensate for the weak powder, now i just add commercial 4fg powder to give it that extra oomph. about 5 to 1 pulverone to comercial does the trick. I have a new video up on my site if ya'll are interested. Well actually its uploading, shant be much longer. A 3 shot cake with doovalackies in it
