Changsha (The capital of Hunan province) is planning to build up the country's largest fireworks and firecrackers logistics center so as to establish a transfer platform between production and sales (Fireworks and firecrackers). In order to achieve this project, "We decided to approve not less than 330,000 square meters of land to build up a standardization fireworks and firecrackers storehouse group",said Huang Zhongrui not long ago, vice-mayor of Changsha city.
