A Thought about a show fired from ground level, but for an audience on 1st and 2nd floor level.

If I get cat3 stuff at 25 - 30metres then will the bursts be uncomfortably close to a 2nd floor audience. I was planning mostly candles and mines perhaps some bigger cakes and I really like fan cakes, but with cat3 stuff bursting reasonably low then would I be potting stars and burst fragments into balconies that would have fallen to the ground cold.

Has anyone done this sort of show, using commercial approved cat3 stuff. Obviously I can put the firing point further away but how much further for safety before the actual devices look too small in the distance?

I'm not sure if you have these items in the UK, but these items have been reliable for "proximate" shows that I have done.

Lidu 3" silver crossette mines: very tall and tight, little debris

Forward 7shot 1" cakes: unusual stars, blue scenery, palm tree, all have breaks past a 2nd story

Vulcan 70shot candle bundles: twilight glitter to blue is my favorite, or multicolor bombard

Vulcan 60mm and 38mm candles: white strobe bombard and brocade bombard covers lots of sky

PM me if you wish.
