The Englishman agrees to take care of finding some water, the German volunteers to build a shelter.
That just leaves the Chinese man to take care of the supplies and suchlike. The chinaman [whose English is not tiptop] pipes up "You want me to organise supplies? AlRighty!" and dashes off
The German says "Vun shelter coming right up - zee Engineering of vich vould impress the mighty engineering firm Krupps zemselves" and starts piling lumber
The Englishman walks along the shore to search for a source of fresh water
That evening the shelter is taking shape besides a babbling fresh stream, but the Chinaman has not yet reappeared. Needing their food, the Englishman takes over the foraging duties and starts fishing with very successful results.
The next day passes without incident, but with no sign of the Chinaman, as does the day after that. On the day after that the Englishman and the German decide that they should go and look for their missing comrade.
For hour after hour they hack their way into the dense jungle, calling out at regular intervals. All in vain. As disk approaches they break into a small dark clearing. At the centre of the clearing is a still smoking pile of ashes. Fearing the worst they creep forward and come closer to the ashes.
Suddenly with a screech the Chinaman jumps out from behind a tree yelling...
