To be honest, for the fireworks retail industry, thats pretty rare. It can be a little frustrating to call into a shop expecting them to sell what they have on their website, only for stuff to be sold out- or even to have been out of stock for over a year! I know there are storage limits, but some websites do claim "full range available in our shop" when in fact it isn't.
I think for some the problem is that they set up websites through an outside company, and arn't really in a position to keep them up to date.
Most frustrating was a Shop in Blackburn that proudly claimed they sold fireworks all year round, including a full list and pictures on their website. Turns out they are just seasonal, and that the comment "Fireworks Sold all year round" was over a year out of date.
The other frustrating thing is when "decicated fireworks experts" simply cut-and-paste standard catalogue descriptions onto their website. I know about 10 websites that do this. The problem is when people use catalogue descriptions its very hard to tell if they fireworks have been choosen on merit- have they even seen them?
Bright Star used to have a very good website, showing videos of all their products, years before this was the norm (before You Tube.) Most fireworks manufacturers don't have very good websites, however.
