Just a quick post to offer many thanks for the new full colour issue of Spark (the UKPS newsletter).

Having been thoroughly credit crunched today I was delighted to find it on the door mat returning home.

Back to work, at least with a smile...

wjames...

The society does accept Paypal, but I believe their may be some tech problems with it at the moment. Contact Adam (membership sec) and I'm sure he will find a way to take your money!

Brightstar...

Thanks very much! Glad it softened the crunch.

Know we do everything on line these days, but I still think you can't beat somthing tangable to put on your coffee table.

Also thanks to Dean, Jon and Richard for their articles...

Yep, BIG thanks to Phil and to all involved, great stuff. (I had a sneek peak a few weeks ago :P ) I urge any UK forum member to become a FULL member of the UKPS, not just for the newsletter, but mainly to support the society.

Oh, I want to see some quality tubes from now :P

I agree. It is very nice to have something tangible from UKPS. A big thank you to all those involved!

One thing I was wondering, though, is about the possibility of back issues? I started at issue three and would like to be able to get ahold of 1 & 2.

Hi Dean...

If you like, I can mention this at the meeting tomorrow and see if we can find a way forward...

Cheers Phil. As I see it I need membership No and contact details. I'm willing to take the time out, if this is ok with the committee

We discussed how to get earlier issues of Spark out to members at the meeting tonight.

The suggestion is, that there will be an area of the website which only UKPS members can access, and that backissues of Spark will be available there as PDF files.

Adam and Richard will be looking into the technicalities of this ASAP.

Hope this will be a satisfactory method for everyone...
