A lot of the Night Star stuff around at the moment is 2006 spec- IE contains flashpowder. I imagine that shops like Latifs etc got it very cheaply. I'm not saying this is a bad thing, of course, just that it does explain why so many shops are doing deals on it.

OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is. ;)

From my understanding of the brand it is one that is designed to be heavily discounted against RRP for indies to compete against the supermarkets on the discount offered. That said if the discount is to aq sensible price for the firework fair enough. Also I haven't found any video to see what the quality is like. That said if it is old reg then there may be good offers for some fair fireworks.

Some post-firing reports would be good to allow decisions by anyone picking up stuff from the seasonals before they close down and have stock they can't store to get rid of - remember buy early for New Year ;)

I thought blatant advertising was a bit of a no no on this forum?

This is an interesting point- I'll start a thread about it on the suggestions board.

Yeah, as per the rules, as long as you don't work for the shop in question, I'd say your posting was OK.
