I don't have much information on this video, it looks like a daytime test fire, with parts the evening real firing.

Its not the effects that grabbed me....its the way its all fired...i'll let you judge for yourself.

And of course, the 48 inch shell...

and lastly....any of the videos on youtube by Truslack.

He has a load of video's documenting 20ft ISO container testing. Filled with anything from rockets to 150mm shells, bag mines...and my favourite......a full 8661kg NEC of waterfalls !!!

Loved the waterfall container and the firing system was amazing.

Have you seen this http://uk.youtube.co...h?v=4fYK0A8mRJ4. Think this is the Enshede disaster. Sadly 23 people were killed.Brave cameraman. Probably thinking of all the money he was going to make.

also 32" ground mines http://uk.youtube.co...h?v=wrRV1EwrdNU

I believe it's the Fallas fireworks festival in valencia and the day time shoot is called the Mascleta. I'm sure Karl can shed some light on this :P

Here's a video of a rocket that fell back to earth and popped at my feet, last year. I was glad to be wearing a helmet with visor!

I love the daytime smoke shell and Mascleta videos. Here are some more daytime shells, in Lija, Malta.

Here's the site of one of my favourite artists, Cai Guo Qiang. I was lucky to witness the "Black Rainbow" in Edinbugh in 2005. This "art" display fired crescents of report shells that left black smoke (charcoal?). Check out the other projects he has done, many involve painting with blackpowder.
