sorry of this is in the wrong section.
can someon clarify the purchase of the above under the current regs ?

years ago i used to purchase vulcan and cerium fuseheads from ici and used to get them delivered when they made a delivery to astra fireworks, (ah, those were the good old days........AND yes they were packed in a small tinplate tin, sometimes with rust in the corners!!)

at that time i had private use certificate.

whats the current state of play...........i am under the impression they are not controlled, is this correct ?

tpl also used to supply me with some, but ive recently discovered a cheaper supply, or at least i think.

making your own is ok but for the time and effort not sure its worth it
