On Nov.17,2008,Ministry of Finance People's Republic of China published the"Notice on Increasing the Value-Added Tax and Export Rebateof Commodities Requiring Dense Labor",and the export rebate of fireworks and firecrackers was up-regulated to 13%.

That's good news Will. With increasing transport/production costs and exchange rate problems, everything you can do to keep the price down will help keep your sales up.
