Just as the title says. Does stuff that was classified as 1.4G under the old regs remain 1.4.G, or does its status "convert" to 1.3G automatically? EG a Tiger's Revenge from 2006 of before is 1.4G- says it right on the box- but were it tested under new regs the flashpowder content would make it 1.3G. So what is it's status?
OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is. ;)

if its non compliant with the new regs then its 1.3G regardless if its a barrage or rocket or mine or whatever , there is a transitional period in order to let shops get rid of "old" stock that they have in storage but i have no idea when that ends

With the CAD (type approval) document only lasting 5 years from the date of first approval (then needing renewing) some fireworks may actually drop off the list of approved fireworks altogether.

Keep mannequins and watermelons away from fireworks..they always get hurt..
