I think this could be useful for various folk on here. Perhaps if we set a date in September? Put your hands up if interested.

Would depend on costs for me - I don't need and can't really justify ADR, but would quite like to do it anyway!

My ADR expires in June and I may have cut it a little fine to book refresher training.

If I remember correctly, ADR course costs £1650+VAT (core and explosives) for 3 days and can take up to 16 candidates. There are 2 exams required at £20 each per candidate inclusive.

This is through a company in Somerset, I would imagine cost to be similar to that of other training companies, but would the views be so nice?

That is for 16 people so that would work out about £140 per person including VAT and the exam, sounds OK to me. But cheaper would be good.

I've been recommended a course provider. Cost looks to be in the region of £200 plus accommodation on top. Any preferences for a venue guys and girls? Midlands, Leicester area? ADR is valid for 5 years once you pass.

seeing as the first three to say "interested" were Yorkshire/Derbyshire region I reckon a northern based course would be good :)
