Had a look at the firework emporium's website just now..

Whats happened? there's hardly and anything on there now compared to how it used to be... 2 different single rockets? there used to be like 4 pages of them!

has the economy hit them hard or are they just cutting back completely because of new regs?

I wouldn't see how the economy could effect such a company that mainly sells at Nov 5th which in my case means they don't make the greatest deal of money anyway, probably something to do with regs.
fireworks is my aim setting of is the game

Big Rockets are less common now, due to new regs which (to simplify it somewhat) mean that most shops don't stock them, or in some case they are stocked but can only be bought from the shops itself, so don't feature on a mail order website.

Wether or not they were "hit hard" by economic conditions is their business- some shops had a slow year last season, others did well.

The rest of the website looks pretty up to date- some items are marked as "out of stock," but (assuming the website is up to date with stock levels) they appear to be generally very well stocked for this time of year.

It is a decent range- some novel ideas there too- and has always been a good website. Downloadable clips are very useful, for example. I think their main shop is in Ipswich, but they also have semi-independent seasonals too (or did have.)

OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is. ;)
