Can someone point me towards a smokeless waterfall formula? Any tips on tube size and weather to press or not would also be a great help!!

I think they consist mostly of NC and zirconium. That's the comp used on indoor fountains.

You can make 'low-smoke' gerbs with AP, but with any humidity you're going to make huge clouds of HCL vapour, which obviously isn't desirable...
If you're going for a white waterfall, Nitrocellulose is probably the best way to go. You might even be able to get away with some nitrates for colour.
From what I've seen of NC fountains you wouldn't need a press - they're not densely packed atall.

I don't think NC is going to be hot enough to light coarse Al well, besides which Al sparks always seem to have a shorter life than titanium. If it were me I'd start with a NC/Ti sponge mix.

Work on the fact that waterfalls point downwards and NC comps are usually loose.
