Since the board was updated, there's a little message "Tip: click inside this box to load the editor" appears at the start of what you type which has to be manually removed as it's added to your message text - is it supposed to be like this?

When you follow a link embedded into a message, it takes you away from the board instead of opening the link in new window - not very good for business.

Yep I find this particularly irritating
