Hi all.
Very new here but have a question that has come to light.
I have an aquire and keep license for black powder (un0027. un0028). plus all the RCA docs etc.

I store the powder in the appropriate box as requested by the police and in my home which the police have inspected and are happy with.

I have not however any official documentation that states in black and white the quantity of powder i can store at my premises. Does anyone know of such a document and where i can get my hands on it.

I dont really what to ask my powder officer just yet as it doesnt really instill confidence.

Thanks for any hep in this matter
Regards
Spud

Your explosives liason officer is one of the few who can give you a legally valid answer. Have you read MSER fully and checked all the bits about private storage of BP, and the conditions and limits applied.

MSER is a free download from The Stationery Office, You probably should have a copy.

I hope that this is the right place for this question.

I am after either plans to make my own wooden storage box for black powder or find someone that has one for sale. What I am after is to store about 12 bottles of BP.

Can anyone help?

Why not make your own?

You only need some 18mm ply and some 6mm for the dividers, you can get the spec from the fire arms bureau.
