Now then chaps.

I am about to do a big purchase of plastic storage bottles. So if any of you would like a few for storing your stuff in let me know.

I am initially looking at the following sizes

500ml (actual capacity 518ml) at 48p Each
1000ml (actual capacity 1100ml) at 65p Each
2500ml (actual capacity 2800ml) at £2.06 Each (I will only get these if there is enough interest)

The postage will be cheap as they are light items, I will charge exactly what the post office charges plus the price of a box to put them in (50p or so). I will get the weights of them in the next day or two so you can work out your own postage from the post office web site.

Anyway here is a picture of the bottles The 1 litre bottle is the one on the far right, the 2.5l bottle is on the far left at the back and the 500ml bottle is not shown but you get the idea on what they look like.

EDIT as I got the description of the bottles mixed up in the picture (mixed up my left end right)

I would like,

5x 500,
5x1000,
2x2500,

if that's not below your minimum order.

E.T.A.
Do you have dimensions for these?

Cheers.

I hope to have the bottles delivered week commencing the 21st of September so I will make a decision on the large ones during the previous week. I do need a couple more orders of these to make them viable though at the moment.

Hi mate!

I'd take 10 of the 500ml and 5 of the big ones - maybe a few more if it would help you get up to numbers...

I don't know whether I have missed the boat but if after all the spoils are divided you have
10 of the 1L and 5 of the 2L left I'd be up for it.

Now then Steph.

You have not missed the boat. I ordered the bottles on Monday (late due to an accident putting me out of action). Unfortunately I did not order the 2.5L bottles as I did not need any for myself and there was not enough interest. Maybe I will get some next time.

However I will have a 1000 x 250ml (squares),1500 x 500ml rounds and 1500 x 1000ml (act 1100ml) rounds arriving with me early next week.

So if any of those that wanted them still want them then let me know and we can sort something out.

D

P.S. it works out cheaper on the volume to use the 1000ml containers rather than the 2.5 litre jobbies.

So here is a piccy, left to right 1000ml, 500ml and 250ml. I do like the square ones.
