i wander if there are any legality's for doing a pyro market in the uk (members only sort of thing) for people like cooperman / other pyro shops to get togeather and sell chemicals ect including the hard to find stuff that cant normaly be sent through royal mail. might be be worth looking into. As a private members non-profit making society (UKPS), would we not legally be able to buy & sell Cat 4 or chemicals etc to those who have attended & passed the one day courses arranged by our society in the UK, if it were held in say part of a all year round firework shop/premises on a bi-monthly basis?

If the "Excel" centre in Docklands London can arrange a convention for companies to exhibit or sell military goods by invitation , then why can`t a pyro association do the same?

i think there would be a lot of legal problems selling cat 4 items. but surly by selling pyro making related items as a UKPS member only encourages safe sale of chemicals (as ukps hold all proof of identity ect and also it must be a good thing not sending dangerous items like visco / oxidisers through the post) there must be a fair few companys that would like to setup a stall selling there products
