Don't they realise how bloody annoying this is?? I ordered something for tommorrow a few weeks ago, and no responce, at all, to either e mails or phone calls. I was literally loading up the paypal claim page when... a courier arrived with my package!

All's well that ends well... just!
OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is. ;)

The fireworks industry is full of "Characters" and often full retail customer service is not part of the attribute set!

Keep mannequins and watermelons away from fireworks..they always get hurt..

I realise how annoying it can be but at this time of year the phone is ringing off the hook and things are very busy. It's a bit like trying to phone Santa on Christmas eve. Sometimes there isn't time to do it all I'm afraid so you have to prioritise what needs doing to get it out before the 5th rather than spend time on the phone. I realise it's not ideal but that is usually the reality of the situation.
Organisation is a wonderful trait in others

Opps- sorry- I wasn't clear- this wasn't a fireworks shop. It was for some fun snaps!
