Hi following a extremely helpful coversation with arthur im posting on here to seek a training course for a new starter..

im most interested in the petrol lifters and want a starter course also
i will travel etc etc as very keen to learn but do want a recognised course
any help appreciated i will also keep my eye on this site but dont fully understand them technical terms for the courses so any nudges welcome when a suitable course is listed lol!!!!

Three courses come to mind

1/ the Assn Stage Pyro introduction to pyrotechnic safety awareness course

2/ the BECTU approved HE SFX course (three days full time)

3/ the SFX courses by Illuminate Consult.
