Please dont get me started about 1.4G David !Posted Image

It has to be 1.3G every time - no comparison.

Hope you are all surviving this mad weather !

Cheers.

I'd actually disagree somewhat with that.

From what I saw last year, the GOOD QUALITY 1.4G stuff isn't vastly different from the new spec 1.3G stuff. Sure, 1.3G allows for a bit more flash- but when comapring bursts etc there isn't a lot of difference (if any.)

Poor quality 1.4G , on the other hand, is awful.

Looking at Epic's videos, there is some really good stuff there- but most of those effects could be done quite comfortably within the specifications for 1.4G.

Neither 1.4G or 1.3G (from what I've seen) can really "bang" like old reg stuff- thats something we have to live with.

The more 1.3G the better for me. :P Looking forward to see the new shop anyway. Wereabouts exactly is it? I know it's near or in Barnsley, how far from the current site?

Here's some pictures of the new site being built, should be finished end of June / early July - http://www.flickr.co...57623587717629/

From Batley it's about 20 minutes mate. The new site is very easy to find, come off at junction 36 of the M1 motorway and we are 60 seconds away. As soon as the building work is completed we will update the website with more details, maps etc...

Whoa- that is a big site! :)

This could be the start of American style out of town firework outlets- I visited a few in South Carloina, they are pretty cool.

Maybe Epic could consider a pick up point for pre-paid orders?

That is certainly a idea phill,i have my mind set on on some decent 1.3g stuff.
one in particular is the angels and demons cake, looks fantastic.
Unless of course there is another retailer a bit closer to home doing 1.3g?
