with the geezer "testing" out devices by planting them in the ground as fast as he could, then lighting them in rapid succession not leaving any time to retire ,lol.
also enjoyed the last clip of the kids with there noses pressed against the shop window,and the 5/6 year old running down the street with pockets full of pyro,ahh bless, lol

We would love to do more (as a society) with these, but the licencing fees are prohibitive...
Actually - having had another look they seem to have dropped their fees a lot - might look into it again!

As I work in a participating school, we can actually get reasonably good quality versions of Pathe clips for free.
We would love to do more (as a society) with these, but the licencing fees are prohibitive...

Last year, I did email a few departments within the BFI about allowing `not for profit` societies to be given the same status as schools for free Pathe clips (wanted them for museum).
I will check my files to see if I can find any replies (thats if they haven`t been wiped).
Im wondering if we should `badger` oops sorry `campaign` them instead of Pathe?
