Is there one? If so, what is it?

It doesn't really make sense as Cat 4 material is often used at very large distances from the audience, where even a decent sized salute could only generate moderate noise levels. Besides which, who would want to measure the noise of a 16" shell at 25m? I certainly wouldn't want to risk my £750 measuring mic!
Trying to do something very beautiful but very dangerous very safely....

No noise limit for Cat 4.
Pyrotechnic Articles (Safety) Regulations 2010 - states 120dB max for Cats 1 2 and 3
