Hey,

Been looking at the 2010 range from absolute fireworks, and I must say, some of it seems amazing!

For example

Starburst, a 50 shot cake

http://www.youtube.c...u/2/rkugYAqcuF0

When watching that you wouldn't think it was just £20 to buy, I have been watching a lot of videos recently and have seen a lot for around the £20 mark but this seems to beat them all!

Just got a real bonus too as I have just found out that The Firework Warehouse are stocking this cake this year :D!

So, is it just me or is this a great value for money firework?

Twister which is another 50 shot also looks great for the same price mark.

There are also a lot of brilliant value for money cakes of around the £10 mark available from Absolute this year also. I think these will be my main brand I will be buying from this year as some of the stuff just seems amazing!

I am debating on whether to buy both twister and starburst to have as my final two cakes (£40) or does anyone think I would be better with two or three sub £10 cakes instead of twister? My budget for this year will be £100 so as you can see I dont have a LOT. I am after a few cakes, some mines, decent pack of rockets and maybe a wheel or two.

All of the sound on all of the Absolute videos is vamped up - be very careful...I'm not saying Absolute
isn't good stuff because it generally is good quality but all is not what it seems on their videos.

Having said that, I'm having x2 Starburst 50's in my finale :)

Yeah, I did think that the sound sounded a bit too good to be true, but It still seems a brilliant fireworks in looks and I love the way there is a continuous amount of shots being fired rather than the normal gaps! Good to hear that someone else will be using it :D!

I went to Firework Crazy demo night, and Zero2Sixty,is a brilliant item, has a very proffesional show look, and is reasonably priced. Pulse is also very good,as are there large Rockets King Cobra, and Panther.
