Just when I tried loggin in I got a firefox message saying the certificate is outdated (or something similar).
I had to add it to trusted websites to continue.
Anyone else experienced this? Or is my PC being hijacked?! :D

I had that yesterday also.
I added an exception for the site - hope that was OK

It looks like the UKPS site SSL cert expired on 01/10/2010. It should still protect your passwords etc. but the browser will show warning messages.

I'm sure Richard will renew it as soon as he's back from Southport.

Indeed, nothing wrong really.
As soon as Richard renews the certificate it will be fine.
Adding it to the safe website list in your browser is not really a problem either (unless UKPS gets hacked maybe).

That's pretty sh*te! You should download a spyware, ... remover. There are plenty free ones out there that do the job well. If some core files have been modified in your Windows... well that's a whole different story.
Best thing to do then is a complete format & reinstall.

I have submitted a CSR for the domain - hopefully won't take long. In the mean time I have disabled SSL logins to avoid the warning messages being generated in your browsers.

Cheers all,
R
