Whistle mix, I used the benzoate mix.You need a bit of patience but its worth it.

You'll be able to get a lot longer duration if you use end burners, which are more traditional.

I was thinking that myself, but couldn't find any credible sources at the time to back that up. I thought between Lancaster, Weingart, and Hardt, at least some mention would have been made.
