Had a great time this year and fired some cracking shows roll on every weekend in November for more goodness.

Hand firing always gives me a kick, I'll go as far and say it's better than sex lol Your brain dumps more chemicals into your body IMO

How did the 5th go Rick? We was trying to get hold of you to come for a beer. Heard you had a bad head sunday morning?

I'll stick to remote firing and go for some more sex rather than muzzle breaks thank you . Not a bad season for me, though a tad wet underfoot at times .

LOL. I was on fire watch. We were using the Fireone system. I think it's important for people to have the hand-fire experience. If the firing system go's down, you've get in there and fire the show

Oh, had a 3" mozzle break. Nice kick in the chest! I love PPE lol

it was good yeah, the bicycle catherine wheel was pretty intense. Paul and I decided 3 stakes would be enough to hold it. Mid-way through i looked up to see how it was going and there was one hell of a wobble going on lol. Three stakes held up though.
My head was definetley thicker than normal on the sunday even though I posted a DNF on the night cause I thought i'd be sensible and get some sleep. still, sunday was good got to push the buttons on the show which was cool.
wasn't that 3" muzzle break at josh's party or did you have another one over the silly season?

Yeah the 3" muzzle break at josh's party...You were there but not as close as I was lol. I was in Ashinton on sunday, bloody long day that was!!!

This was my first silly season, and it was a cracker, 3 shows in 3 days.
A mixture of show types including 1 totally hand fired 1 totally remote fired, and 2 pyromusicals.
I like hand firing shells, and in the hand fired show, fired over 40 shells from 2-5 inch.
A few failed to fire, but no accidents so it was all good, and all 3 audiences really enjoyed the shows.
