does anyone know if it's possible to make replicas of old British bangers (flash based, visco) and if anyone has packaging for them I could print and stick to the tubes?

It depends what you mean by "Old". If they have flash in them, they would have had touchpaper (except for Bad Boy Bangers of the 90's), they wouldn't have had visco. Later ones such as Standards 3-2-1 had BP or even nitrocellulose in and sounded like a gnats fart.

I am sure that there are a number of people on here that can replicate the old british banger but I doubt any will tell you how
but if you trawl through some of the old threads you will get a good idea.
If I remember correctly some of the last ones made started to use flash and this led on to their ultimate demise

all retailers here sell fake black cats and bad boys... 2.5gr flash roughly small red tube... visco. wanna make these just different packing...
