Basically it's flash paper with sparkle added, availble from magic shops.
Does anyone know what the sparkle is please.
It's been suggested as a primer for rockets.

I thought it was Titanium, at least the 'electric sparkle additive' is.
Pyropak's MSDS mentions Potassium Benzoate and Titanium:
