Marquee hire for members

As i'm sure most of you are aware the UKPS has recently purchased a large pop up marquee 4.5m by 3.0m. So in order to try and recoup some of the cost and as a perk for becoming a full member of the society, it has been decided that we should hire it out.

 

To hire the marquee:

 

1/ you have to be a full member.

2/ you pay a deposit.

3/ you collect and return it.

 

Hire rates are: 1 day/night £20 1 week £50 2 weeks £75

 

Deposits are to be paid via paypal or cash on collection and will be refunded when the marquee is returned, if their is any damage/parts missing the deposit will be held until the damage is repaired or the parts are replaced, the cost of repairs/parts replacement will be taken from the deposit and the balance returned.

 

Booking will be done on a first come first served basis and it will obviously only be available when not in use by the society.
