Some thoughts on Shops in the run up to 2105.

These are personal opinions/exerpeinces, as with anything I'm happy to stand corrected.I'm only adding shops I've personally visited in the last 3 years.

Astounded Fireworks - Run by Chris, who is a big enthusiast, and carries a good range of brands. I haven't personally been for a while, not for any bad reason, I just havn't spent much on fireworks over the last couple of years.

Epic Fireworks- Probably the largest independent retailer, and offering a very good selection including a lot of 1.3G stuff. At one point were by far the cheapest seller, but for necessary reasons other businesses are similar value for money to them now (this is not a bad thing, just natural market economics.)

Galactic Fireworks Have raised their profile a lot in recent years, and offer some good value stuff, and a lot of customer interaction, such as a good forum, special deals, preview nights and stuff.

Great Northern Fireworks Reliable all year round seller, with a lot of own brand products. Straight pricing, too, no "discount" marketing.

Jordans  A good selection of fireworks from a different brands, traditional high street seller.

JTF Not my favourite place, but carries a decent selection (albeit from one brand) as is open in the evenings and has demo nights.

OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is. ;)
