I know this has been covered before but I would appreciate some help and advice.

I have read the lists of explosives requiring or not requiring a certificate. I can't see Articles Pyrotechnic on the list anywhere. Not that that's a worry really other than I must be missing something or reading the regs wrong..

I need to ascertain whether or not UN0110 requires any certificate to acquire / acquire and keep. Again I cannot see it listed anywhere.

I would be very grateful for help.

Paul

Pyrotechnic articles are covered in schedule 3. It is a list of items that need an explosives certificate.

UN0110 is not on it, so it does not need a cert assuming UN0110 is a pyrotechnic article.

Thanks Gareth, Couldn't upload schedule 3 which would account for the problem.

This is a practice grenade and so would be pyrotechnic in nature, although "articles pyrotechnic" are listed separately - should this make any difference?
