Hi All,

 

I've just had a gentle reminder from the Home Office that the transition period for the possession of regulated precursors ends tomorrow.  This means that anyone still in possession of a regulated substance (now listed under Schedule 1A to the Poisons Act 1972) must either apply for a licence or dispose of their holdings.

 

The application process is very straight forward so I would suggest that anyone that hasn't applied and needs to apply does so as soon as possible.  Its only £39.50 for 3 years so not costly either.

Thanks for the reminder, Bob Twells did a post about the form filling that was very helpful can't for the life of me find it now.
