Hi guys, I notice the website that used to host the 'rocket tool sketcher' is no longer available. If I remember rightly there was a downloadable version. Does anyone have a copy of this and would be kind enough to send it over? I've finally got a lathe to play with and I reckon that would make a nice little project.

All working now, thanks again Vic,

I've got some 15mm Aluminium bar stock ordered and a design for 15mm ID stinger style rockets (I've got an abundance of 15mm tubes and always fancied trying the stinger design). I'll put some photos up as this progresses.

This might be of interest, attributed to Warren K Klofkornand hope they don't mind me putting it up here, it has been in my archives from years back. https://drive.google...iew?usp=sharing

Not going bad so far, just waiting on a tailstock die holder to finish off the spindle, I might take a bit more off the middle of the spindle too, its just a question of what the chuck will support without the piece being knocked out of centre. The large piece to the left will be sliced up to make a base

I reckon the tailstock is a gnat's out of alignment too, as the hole in the hollow rammer is just a touch off centre, so I've thinned the spindle a little to avoid any interaction, I'll just have to get a test bar and DTI to get it set up for next time:

P.s. apologies for the terrible camera!

Looks good to me, as long as it works that's what matters. I started off by using wood dowel and ground down bolts, some of the best whistle rockets I ever made.

New link to online Rocket Tool Sketcher:

www.ma.dk/rts

Downloadable .exe (8 MB):

www.ma.dk/rts/rockettoolsketcher.exe

Sorry for the temporary downtime.

I know this complicates things since the old link is still floating around, but I couldn't justify the cost of maintaining the old website just for the URL.

Besides, you will save 6 button pushes when typing in the new URL (yay).
