Larger diameter crossettes

All this chatter about cros. has got me thinking about big dia. crossettes. I was thinking at least 1 5/8". 40mm + by your system. Fired as singles. Maybe a 3". 76mm +/-
Anyone have any experience with an animal like this? I am afraid to even try to figure out how much composition it would take to build the beast. You would have to
ram the darn thing with a car crusher. Would somebody please make the tooling
and the comets, perfect them and respond
by say Sat. I'm kinda in a hurry.

I'm gona sort all this out for you by lunch time today and if i don't well I'll sell you all my pyro and tools for 5 bucks

The check is in the mail. For goodness sake would you all(ya'll in the southern states) please put your clothes back on.
It's starting to give me the willies. It just makes for a creepy image.
Is that $5500 in american currency or by your system. That would be milimeters right?
