AND AGAIN Im replacing my current wooden racks with new metal ones.

If anyone is interested in any metal laser cut racks, either in kit form to weld youself (easy to do only 4 joints to do :-) ) or fully made up. Please PM me or post here and Ill put up the pictures and designs.

They will be CONSIDERABLY cheaper than any Ive come across before as Ive a friends workshop cutting and bending them for me at mates rates but the more I order at once the cheaper it will be.

Im making all sizes from 2" to 6" but onky curently in straight racks with 10x2", 8x2.5", 8x3", 6x4", 5x5" and 4x6" per rack.

If anyone desperatly wants anything diferent I can change the plans of them to suit easilly, and can make fan racks too if desired ive just not gotten round to it yet.

Bonus is they appear to be ending up lighter than my wooden racks are now due to the very well engineered design we have made.

Im curently in the process of replacing all my racks with new metal laser cut jobbies.

Firstly we have a large number of 2", 2.5", 3", 4" and 5" straight racks and 2" fan racks all in perfect condition made from marine grade 1"ply with 1" spacers between all tubes(apart from the 2" which are touching). SOme are completely new and unused which I think are 4" and 5".

Ill put up pictures and total quantities if theres any interest in them.

Im a good joiner and they are all screwed and glued together, designed for a lot of use but as we are now taking on bookings so fast I need to expand my tube stock fast and metal will be a lot quicker to have made up.

Id prefer someone to take the lot but in the likely event I need to sell them is bits Im happy to do so.

For sale are the racks only as I need the tubes but I can suply tubes too (used or new) if you do want them too.

Please PM me asap as Im keen to get rid of them to make space n help fund the new ones.

One thing Ive run out of recently and want more of is (curently only ) PL10 monetti time fuse, its the type most Plasticos Gamon shells are designed to take with a thick plastic outer measuring 10mm OD

As shipping is not cheap and I doubt I need 250m of the stuff myself Im finding out if any other suitable folks want to go in on the order for either full 250m packs, individual 50m rolls or parts of them?

Im considering ordering other sizes too as there is PL5, PL6, PL8 and PL10 which is very good for time delays in chains, Im going to make a cutting machine to make my own time delays of any length from it so you can have it cut to length if you wish too.

If anyone really is interested in largish (100's) amounts of 1 second to 5 second delays I could be persuaded to simply buy pre cut delays in those sizes too as they come as PL10 diameter but in differing colours to designate their burn time.

I'm just about to (hopefully) make a large order of 250kg cam buckles and webbing to make straps for display rigging.

We are still a few short of the minimum number needed to get bulk discount so I'm offering them on sale to anyone who wants them.

Ideally they're all going to be yellow as it's easier to see in the dark but I can do them in red, light and dark blue, green, black and white. You would have to arrange with me specifically for other colours than yellow though.

Price can be calculated on any length you want (up to 100m lol) at 75p + 35p per m of strap

A 1m therefore would be £1.10 and a 10m would be £4.25

As much as I HATE posting this Im lookign for firers in the Bradford/Skipton area.

That bit will bring smiles to faces I know but the bit I hate putting is that we need them free this November 5th which I know will weed out most of the regulars :-)

If you think you can help then consider these points:

Are you are experienced (though not needed it will vastly help as you'll be up to speed faster)
Have you transport? (I can pick you up and move you round at first but its easier if you can too)
Are you free on the 5th (still say hi if not but this bit is REALLY helpful)
Are you suitable (I need reliable boys n galls who are level headed and don't mind doing as there asked, safety is ALWAYS paramount and our first concern)
